We've gone over this before. To get his budget passed he had to agree to give Democrats the spending they wanted. And now the Dems are in control of the House and control the money.

Honestly, both parties spend like drunken sailors when they're in charge, don't pretend that the Republicons are paragons of intelligent spending, it's not the case.
Didn't say they were. Bush certainly spent plenty. But fact is too many Republicans were against Trump's first budget so he allied with Democrats in exchange for giving them spending they wanted so that he could get the military spending he wanted. Shocked the hell out of the Republicans. And we've been off to the races ever since.
