You’re using your issues as an excuse nobody cares about your ailments you can either do the job or you can’t
I find it funny that you have no problem telling me that my issues are an excuse and how I have to ignore my :censored2: and pretend like I’m normal would you go up to a blind person and tell them if they just try hard enough they can read this book stop using your issues as an excuse?
Or what about someone with schizophrenia or who is has down syndrome. You going to tell them that they’re just using things as an excuse when they attempt to explain to ableist bigots why they are the way they are and there is no way to fix it. Because trust me most of us would give anything to be normal.

So your plan as a seasonal employee is to tattle on your immediate supervisor for (maybe) having an inappropriate work place relationship, and not managing employees the way you think she should?

And you've already called her a bitch. To her manager.

You're going to have an incredibly short career unless you learn how to mind your own business, and do your work.
I am not seasonal. I was told that I was one if the last permanent hire they did. My so called supervisor is seasonal

Ups is not for some people..it can be full of anxiety and stress, if you can't find a way to filter it out..
Even people without issues like yours can have a hard time.
If you just do the job, ignore the drama, it's a good job..

Just remember you are there to make money, not friends..friends comes later..
During peak they will appreciate your willingness to help..and then it will also help your mental state to realize you conquered it. Good luck

I have a daughter with ADHD, so I have a little understanding. I didn't get it until I read up a lot on it, and worked really hard to try and understand what she was going through.

I read all the way up to the 4th line of your Saturday post. too much of a wall of text without paragraph breaks.

That said, UPS was a big culture shock for me when I started. I came from suburbia working in a larger city center. Holy :censored2:, was that a wakeup call. Life outside your bubble may be a bit overwhelming. Unless, someone is really getting physically hurt...I mean really hurt... It's not your issue. Keep your head down, do your work, go home, and think WTF is wrong with people.

A grabbing of the wrist is noy enough...

EDIT... the best part of UPS is when you punch out you don't have to think about it until you punch in.

And it gets incredibly difficult to mind my own business when i have to keep squeezing between them when i had a package in the front of the truck.
Take control of the situation. Don’t squeeze between them. Drop the package and have her bring it to the shelf.

If they touch you. File on them immediately. We have a zero tolerance policy. If they threaten your job they know they are in the wrong and are scared because they got caught. Remember you probably are temporary and your work mates are not treating you well.

If the driver isn’t on the clock get him out of the truck. We don’t tolerate that here. Wish you well.

This is not good advice.

Work as directed, keep your head down, and mind your own business.

This seasonal has no rights with regards to the contract, and no reason to interfere in whatever is going on nearby.

If what is going on is wrong, a steward will be the one to address it.

Minding your own business is a lost art that I hope more people take the time to learn.
