To answer your question with a direct answer, as illogical as it seems coming from my belief system, my answer would be yes.
Because we are one race, humans, through Adam I view it more as a struggle between fallen man. I have no doubt that each different color or culture views theirs as superior, I think the race tag is incorrect however.
