I’m tired of trying to get some of these guys to start a 401k. I’m going to laugh at them when I leave this place and they have to work until they are 70.

This is part of the reason that the Company began autoenrolling new hires at a 3% contribution rate.

Hell I could go get a 2018 anything. With a lease today for 190 bucks or less a month. Then get another the next yr. It is almost not worth it to actually buy one. I would never have to change the brakes again.

You can only do so much. Can't save the world. I'm just trying to give back what others gave me. We didn't have a 401k when I first started. When we did get one, I threw the ppers in the garbage.

I would guess less than 5%.

It's a federal law, nothing to do with the company. 3% is the minimum. My youngest just started a new job and it was 5%

Nah, they just auto-enroll so they don't fail the nondiscrimination tests for highly compensated employees.
