They have secured all the doors, and put steel fencing across all the windows in the doors here at CHEMA.We have mobile camera arrays already in place on the street to watch us drink—I mean picket!
They absolutely ARE getting ready.

Yeah, I thought that was just regular upkeep there? They are aware if we strike, we’re not trying to get in the building, correct? lol. They know you’re a bunch of animals up there.

Since you can see management working, and you aren't, spend all day hitting on management wives, sisters, daughters.
The runners, if they haven't crossed the picket line, will have plenty of Gatorade bottles available for urination.Where do we go to the bathroom since we can't approach building?
If your local hasn't passed out the brown speedos, then wear whatever you want. Not sure if it's been addressed, but do drivers wear their uniforms on the pickup line or street clothes? It would seem more appropriate that uniforms are worn as we are engaging with the public but wasn't sure.
For my 1997 experience at UPS management you do the same. Several of them tried to run people over or at least didn’t care.just keep in mind that you will be videoed and at some point you will have to come back to work...just a thought
Couple of questions came to my mind regarding logistics during strike.
Does the union provide a shuttle to the picket line since we obviously can't drive into the center/hub? There's no on street parking. The nearest lot we could use borrow for my center is 2 miles away. Plus we're supposed to have camping chairs and other belongings to bring along.

They gave me a love tap…with their car…at the practice picket. Had to back up the BA when he was by himself, lol.For my 1997 experience at UPS management you do the same. Several of them tried to run people over or at least didn’t care.
It'll be MUCH harder to do what we got away with in 1997.
In 97 most wore half the uniform. Either UPS shorts with a Teamster T shirt or uniform shirt and jeans. Don't want to be mistaken for a scab. Not sure if it's been addressed, but do drivers wear their uniforms on the pickup line or street clothes?
