They’ll cry, hopefully the Dems have some stones and hold the same standard. No judicial appointments unless a party holds the White House and the Senate.
the dems will never change it back to a 60 vote majority.

I wonder why Obama didnt use a recess appointment to seat Merrick Garland...and then have the senate have to confirm him after the fact.
the economy will tank under trump. How can I not like trump. I get 300 bucks a month more back in my paycheck, My 401 K investments are going through the roof. And the judges you mention.
you guys can pretty much impeach him or do whatever you want , Trumps done great for me in barely a year and a half.
you libs will miss trump when the next guy tanks the economy.
might as wellHannity is on right now.
I am watching Jay Leno's Garage car show ... much more entertaining and likable.
Turtlehead went beyond the filibuster. No hearings, no votes unless the same party controls the senate and White House. This will cause some wild swings in the judicial branch as vacancies build up over years. McConnell will go down as the man that destroyed the independence of the judicial branch.the dems will never change it back to a 60 vote majority.

Mumbles and his Repugs won more elections than the Dim Senators.Yah, I was talking about Obama’s last term...elections have consequences, and Mumbles straight up ignored them.
Not Constitutional?I wonder why Obama didnt use a recess appointment to seat Merrick Garland...and then have the senate have to confirm him after the fact.
It was never 'not political' ... at least since the Socialists started to show their heads (FDR).Turtlehead went beyond the filibuster. Yep, elections matter.
Not Constitutional?
Nope, it's easy. Its in the Constitution, that the President can appoint people to fill federal positions that normally require senate approval without said approval when the senate is in recess. Then the person appointed still has to be approved by the senate once they return from recess. Seems like it would be alot harder for the senate to deny confirming an appointment once theyd been “on the job”
I'm use to you being wrong but I do appreciate your persistence.Irrelevant.
You may have a different take, but that’s how I see it.
I'm use to you being wrong but I do appreciate your persistence.
I'm in a higher plain of existence ... I understand it doesn't matter.Yah, I feel the same way.
In the tsunami of evidence that you’re wrong, you just stick with it.
I admire that about you!

And why did Reid have to drop the filibuster? Turtlehead refused to vote for anyone regardless of their qualifications. At this point it’s a good thing Reid did it or there would even more vacancies being filled by an unindicted co-conspirator in multiple felonies.Nope!
Started with the Nevada Weasel Harry Reid and Turtleboy nailed the last nail.
The Repugs would not have extended it to SCOTUS if Weezer had not started with all judges below SCOTUS.
Plenty of blame on both sides and I can't honestly say I disagree with a simple majority.
Dims will get their chance.
Careful... I haven't got SS yet.It was never 'not political' ... at least since the Socialists started to show their heads (FDR).
Sounds like this placeand turtlehead will blame busted black eye and so on and so on . you can watch both sides engage in tit for tat and blame one over the other.
