We have drivers in progression here that go feeder. Maybe won’t happen as much after this slaughter this year.
Damn must be nice. It's over 20 years here.

I am trying to do anything if not management something else full timeI'm a little confused.
Are you hoping.... the Union can help you get a position in management ?
I tried, I guess I could go feeder I would take any full time positionI think they shunned him after saying "management"

Only a FOB maroon takes management thinking he will get somewhere. AVOID IT (especially if you're a SWM). They may give you either PT work with PT hours, or PT work and sweeping for FT hoursI tried, I guess I could go feeder I would take any full time position
What is ADA accommodations and where can I find this info out? It's under ADA accommodation. They can offer you a part time position if full time work is not available
SEE A LAYWER---ask him if you have a case. I will ask again---was this deemed work related? You would have a much better case if it was. What is ADA accommodations and where can I find this info out?
I have been a driver for almost two years now and had to have surgery on my neck and will no longer be able to drive and will have to second surgery on my lower back. I finished my masters degree and trying to find a position in management since I like working for the company is there anything I can do since my current management is not really trying to work with me?
A part timer is the only who signed our last feeder school bid. With only 2 years? That would never happen here.
Go to UPS jobs and apply for what you are interested in.To preface I was in the military for 17 years, I have a masters in human resource management and wanted to learn the job before becoming a supervisor. I am more then qualified to be a supervisor within the organization. I know I am new to UPS but have much more to offer.

As far as we have heard and seen the company seems to be freezing management hiring and promotions. HR? Dime a dozen. To preface I was in the military for 17 years, I have a masters in human resource management and wanted to learn the job before becoming a supervisor. Information..Go to UPS jobs and apply for what you are interested in.
What are you looking to gain from this thread?
This thread can offer all types of "information".Information..
. So does my simplistic reply. The guy(?) is searching for any tidbit of experienced info. No more no less and a medical liability is not what the company is looking for in the future so ....This thread can offer all types of "information".
But unless you take the initiative to go look at what's available, find what interests you from what's available and then apply to them.... The thread becomes pointless.
With the OPs said medical conditions, the feedah spot is extremely far fetched.
So my question still stands....
I know plenty of feeder drivers that have had back surgeries. This thread can offer all types of "information".
