I can't believe how bad some locals Healthcare sucked compared to ours before the CBA was ratified, so to speak. the one punch per week issue sucks too. trading a week of vacation with another employee could be very risky.

Some of you have gotten so comfortable in your little self-important perches that you have given up fighting for the members and prefer fighting WITH the members. It is common place to be more comfortable around management types than around your own members. You think your positions are yours forever. That anyone who challenges your authority or your position or the contract or on union politics is either a trouble maker or a TDU member or clueless or a communist. My Local has done just fine with TeamCare.

And we had the company insurance.
