But honestly I don't think they're gonna doNow that it’s official and the details are known is today the day that SOB and the international announce their plan to stop this “illegal” buyout plan?

I'm guessing that if they don't do anything by tomorrow morning then they are just going to let it happen. I know of zero package car drivers in my building who have taken it. A couple are thinking about it, but that’s about it.
I believe a few in Feeders might have. Some may change their mind. I don’t know. But we have at least 30 to 40 feeder drivers who could retire tomorrow if they chose to.
Close to 1000 drivers in my building between package and feeders.

Not sure really. If it's actually a contract violation it should be grieved. If people want to leave and want some extra cash on the way out then I don't really care.

The president of the international brotherhood Teamsters led people to believe it was illegal so they thought he was going to stop it. Illegal and not contractual are not really the same thing. Illegality seems to have a higher standard than just not contractual. Maybe too much rhetoric on his part because people are getting the wrong impression of what he can or cannot do and the time frame.
