Yep and shrinking the workforce vs adding jobs equals a bus stop to a whole mess of a fight! This woman doesn’t care! She’s rich, and has one job to make money for the investors. In her mind, history will look favorable on her legacy but in the whole scheme of things she will be inconsequential like the rest of us in the history books!

Yes, that's what I cant figure out. closing neighboring centers in a month and still every 4th package is amazon and what i cant figure why don't we just raise their rates. something funny going on.

Why not just charge Amazon more? In our area Amazon doesn’t even deliver to many many areas we do. So a truck could be 50-60% Amazon. I’d charge them a fortune. They’ll pay up.

Yeah you can charge more but maybe Amazon said screw you we aren’t paying anymore, but they don’t want more volume. The only reason to keep the volume is to create more jobs which reading between the line obviously is not the way they are moving! Contract be damned!

Because a high percentage of drivers are chumps and just darn right idiots how they do their routes. The company knows this & will keep taking advantage of the majority.
Being in the building all day now I see PLENTY of clowns getting back near 3-4pm. So you think they are out there working properly, or cutting corners and doing the company a huge favor day after day?

UPS corporate is a clown show run by brain-dead eggheads who tanked their own company for a quick buck. They let Amazon, a company with ZERO delivery infrastructure, waltz in and start delivering packages while UPS bent over backwards for pennies on the dollar. Upper management was too busy jerking each other off over fake quarterly numbers to secure their fat bonuses to give a damn about long-term survival. Any group of businessmen with half a brain would’ve shut Amazon’s delivery dreams down on day one, but not these idiots. They handed their biggest client the keys to destroy them. Pathetic.
