UPS corporate is a clown show run by brain-dead eggheads who tanked their own company for a quick buck. They let Amazon, a company with ZERO delivery infrastructure, waltz in and start delivering packages while UPS bent over backwards for pennies on the dollar. Upper management was too busy jerking each other off over fake quarterly numbers to secure their fat bonuses to give a damn about long-term survival. Any group of businessmen with half a brain would’ve shut Amazon’s delivery dreams down on day one, but not these idiots. They handed their biggest client the keys to destroy them. Pathetic.

Yep, they had them by the balls 2013-2019! David Abney! UPS was late to the game and screwed up Christmas 2013. Didn’t hire enough that peak following many years of very little hiring after the 2008 crash.

Ya we bailed out not only Amazon but FedEx and USPS as well. Should have let all 3 fall on their ass.

Would be profitable if they charged them enough to make it profitable, especially when they were trying to get their delivery service going. Too late for that now.

NDA kitty litter must be a real money maker, seeing on their packages, next week Prime week . With max vacations going on should be fun. Talk of buying out drivers, but we have sups running routes now because of call ins and folks with 12 hour plus days.

UPS didn't screw up ....Amazon screwed up and threw us under the bus.

That was my last peak in package....after what that Christmas Eve turned into I left for feeders at the next opportunity.
