Which is my point. There is a written agreement which is an extra contract agreement and thus an Article 6 violation. Whether the IBT takes that fight on is up to them at that point

An extra contractual agreement would be if you and your on car agreed in writing that you could punch out at noon every Friday.

Truth be told I tried to come back once I heard about the buyout but with no administrator in place I never received a confirmation to my Gmail account—-it wasn’t until I read about Proton email that I was able to register.
