In my mind, they will offer less to those about to retire, if they legally can.. just enough to get them gone..and a meager amount to those with 15 to 25..but it might be enough to get them to go. Just a thought. No evidence. Then the rest with no leadership will get beat to death, as they will have no clue how to do what the senior workers have done for decade,. Stand up. And there will be no one left to ask. They won't vote, they won't own a union book.

Not that I need to explain myself to an individual such as yourself, our pension fund rewards those who stay beyond their 30/55 with a whopping $100/month. Even an I Bond fool would see that this is not worth it.

Apparently, he hasn’t seen some brain, numbed mush graduating colleges now? As if that’s some sort of gauge of anyone’s intelligence actually lots of people who don’t go to college or much more intelligent because they didn’t fall for a fools bet on most of these degrees unless it’s in the STEM area of studies

No, it means compared to my colleagues They’re grossly underpaid because they are grossly underrepresented by a strong union. You need to figure that out, and it’s it’s pathetic that you worked here and don’t understand that.
