Teamster Buyout?

I have NOT been lurking

Eat. Sleep. Work. Jork.
Whether it's a cheap whore or high end hooker makes no difference for the ladies my friends.
2 legs, a hole and a heartbeat and just hammer away and bone it like ya own it.

I'm insulted that the company is giving me $70,000 to retire and collect a $5,000 month pension. They should give me $10 million and make me CEO.
There are no details about this offer.
You.cant expect people to make a lifetime decision in two weeks
Can you split thr payment time up?
Can you elect to put some of that money in your 401k?

What is my exact separation date so I can file for my pension in a timely manner?

Good plan.
Perhaps
I have no trouble juggling it all. Technically still married and get along perfectly fine, just let her ride the good ol' UPS insurance.
The main chick I see is 25 years younger and quite the tasty treat, but still wander if I choose. Life is too short my man.

I look at life and the whole world in general like one big juicy piece of female anatomy.....and I'm just here to Faaaq it!! ;)

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

Half pension on the horizon, if you last.

Not a chance, all that has been already discussed and settled.

As for the child support comment from the other spectator that's all in the rear view mirror buddy.

Daughter is 25 in a month and graduated from UC Berkeley and had multiple job offers before graduation and has a very solid job.
Son is 23 and got his private pilots license at 18, thought he wanted to fly commercially and work his way up. But instead got a love for Air Force and joined on with them and is training now after he graduated college. Wants to fly fighters so we shall see where that goes.
I paid for a decent chunk of both of those things and didn't ask her for a dime, she can contribute whatever she likes.
As I said we don't do the usual bickering and BS like 90% of others. Still do family stuff together here n there, she doesn't mind if I bring someone I'm dating to her home and welcomes it.
Had parenting agreement when kids were younger but we never used it and she would let me take them whenever I wanted, go to her house to get them even if she wasn't home.
Just gotta know how to handle your relations fellas.

As for money, no biggie. I'm mostly here for some coverage as I do a little whatever on the side. Put it to you this way,
I/we (still file jointly) and this past year we did not get out return til November. Why is that you might ask?? Well we filed in April and we received 3 separate letters 2-3 months apart from the IRS saying that they had to "look into things" a bit more.
Guess they can try again next tax season and maybe dig a little deeper.

I have no shame in putting it out there that I have filed for BK7 twice and also let a place foreclose on purpose during that robo signing nonsense around 2005 if I had to guess. Bought myself another nice sized safe and starting stacking CASH away. I didn't even hire an attorney and studied this junk myself (Strategic Default).
With the huge glut of foreclosures all backlogged back then and being in a judicial state I stayed in my home for 4 1/2 years and didn't make a single payment on it. All I paid was utilities and small association fee to keep it on the up n up.
My case came up after about 3 years, then I whacked it with a BK7, and it started the process all over and stayed another 1 1/2.

Lastly, don't put it past me to do another BK7 once more before I retire. I'll gradually run stuff up that I know won't be overly scrutinized (can't go buying expensive jewelry for instance). When you do a BK7 so long as I'm still working and not collecting my pension it can't be touched by the courts. Once it gets discharged and a short time after it's bye bye UPS!!

You boys might think I'm a brash loudmouth and an idiot, say what you will. But I get mine out of the system in many more ways than you can imagine. They want to rob us of our taxes for frivolous junk all these years, I do my best to claw it back into my pockets.
