So in your book they failed because they didn't follow the definition? It wasn't a coup, attempted or otherwise. It was a protest that at one point got out of hand with some protesters. And the J6 Commission painted a very different narrative than the security footage showed. If the Republicans hadn't won back the House then we'd still be in the dark and some protesters who were wrongfully portrayed as violent insurrectionists would still be rotting in jail.
