the polls are moving but not as much as i thought after what has been a clear display of a president suffering from a degenerative mental disease.
i think the slow movement in the polls are because many dems may still be hoping for a savior to ride in and lead the party.
once it settles if it does end up being biden then this could be everything you say and more.
