And therein lies the fundamental problem of transgenders. These guys are SO spot on! I love this comment of theirs.... "you don't care about the sport, you don't care about other women, you dont even care about other men. You only care about yourself"
She’s pandering to Republican primary voters.I love that she is speaking up.

Joe Biden’s recent executive order was framed as a matter of transgender rights. But really, it was an attack on women’s rights.www.nationalreview.com
Or she’s using her power to speak up for girls and women. She’s pandering to Republican primary voters.

Discrimination based on sex. Recent SCOTUS ruling says you can’t discriminate based on a person’s sex.The only thing I care about in this debate is state laws and the constitution as a whole.
What is state law first and what federal rights is it violating?
I haven’t looked into it much at all but if it becomes a huge issue I’ll hear the argument in favor of letting someone born male compete against women or risk setting a precedent for government to violate the bill of rights.
So your argument is that there should not be separate sports leagues for men and women.Discrimination based on sex. Recent SCOTUS ruling says you can’t discriminate based on a person’s sex.
If it’s ok for Jill to date men and talk about it in the office, it’s ok for Bob to date men and talk about it in the office. If it’s ok for Jill to wear makeup and a dress to work, it’s ok for Bob to wear makeup and a dress to work.
Seems simple to me.
Let them play with the boys and get crushed. They been asking for equal rights for years--give it to them. TOTALLY EQUAL IN EVERYTHING. I'm also in favor of letting them fight the next few wars by themselves (drafted by the way). Lord knows us guys haven't been too successful at it thanks to the politicians stupid ways of fighting wars now days.So your argument is that there should not be separate sports leagues for men and women.
You’re comparing apples to oranges. No one (many of us) cares if Bob wants to wear a dress and makeup to work. It’s not even close to being the same as “born men” competing with “born women” in sports.Discrimination based on sex. Recent SCOTUS ruling says you can’t discriminate based on a person’s sex.

Yeah, I highly doubt the founding fathers were thinking about transgender rights when they were writing the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Lol.The only thing I care about in this debate is state laws and the constitution as a whole.

He was asking about the constitutional question involved. I offered my understanding of the SCOTUS ruling on discrimination based on sex. Sometimes freedom comes with a cost. We protect the rights of the minority here. You’re comparing apples to oranges. No one (many of us) cares if Bob wants to wear a dress and makeup to work. I’m all for protecting the rights of the minority except when those rights far outweigh the rights of the vast majority. He was asking about the constitutional question involved. So hermaphrodites can’t be discriminated against. He was asking about the constitutional question involved. I offered my understanding of the SCOTUS ruling on discrimination based on sex. Sometimes freedom comes with a cost. We protect the rights of the minority here.
I don’t think it is as cut and dry as a title IX argument for this. Seperate girls and boys sport haven’t been deemed unconstitutional. He was asking about the constitutional question involved. I offered my understanding of the SCOTUS ruling on discrimination based on sex. Sometimes freedom comes with a cost. We protect the rights of the minority here.
I don't know about that. They look awfully cute in their gay clothes and powder white wigs.Yeah, I highly doubt the founding fathers were thinking about transgender rights when they were writing the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Lol.
Lol. That is a ridiculous standard.I’m all for protecting the rights of the minority except when those rights far outweigh the rights of the vast majority.
