I had healthcare through UPS. I was voted into Teamcare by people in other states.

My benefits were reduced while everybody else’s benefits were improved. I accepted that. The needs of the many out way the needs of the few.

You still maintain your great benefits. Sorry if you’re pissed that you didn’t get a huge increase while some others got an increase, but are still no where near you.

I accepted the healthcare issue. Accept the pension and realize that this is what a Union is all about. If you don’t like it, you know what to do.
