With math skills that bad, your expense accounts must be magnificent pieces of fiction.

I’m on my phone and didn’t even plan to look it up. But I think you get the point. Please also query my posts and remind me if I ever talked about sales leads.

I left here because it’s impossible to have a conversation. It’s like talking politics on social media.

I applaud the brotherhood.....while I realize there are quite a few that are only thinking about themselves....."I got mine, now you get yours"
The majority of the voters were thinking about those that eventually will be joining our team(sters)…..whether they are those on the belt...or those that haven't even applied to work here yet.
We are a TEAM(ster)!

Have you seen our buildings versus the competition?

The rail?

The change in product mix?

Not being set up for e-commerce profitability?
Building means nothing. Lets look at process rate.

The rail keeps our prices low so you have a fighting chance against the competition whose cost structure is significantly lower than ours.

Our product mix is nearly identical to the competition.

E-commerce outside of Amazon drives our profitability.

Keep trying.

There are no bylaws he has to follow that force this thru man.

This was never presented as a final offer vote. Even if it was the constitution leaves open the possibility of farther negotiation.

If they attempt to force this thru I'll be right there with plenty of other people filing labor charges.
Right behind you in line

True to that. My best friend is actually my manager. We both started same time. He went one way I went other. But we still good friends. So I know a lot what it’s like on management side
When I was still in Minnesota and I couldn't escape for the holidays during peak I would spend it with the union steward and his family.

It doesn't have to be a battle. Too many people just make it a battle. On BOTH sides

Try cutting out the corporate flavors of the week and management bull:censored2: and see if that helps e-commerce profitability.

You can’t, because all that extra baloney is job security for folks in management and corporate who have to continually justify the existence of their positions. It’s baked into the cake.
They're cutting the corporate and region head count right and it makes my testicles tingle

Unfortunately I think your IBT leadership is merely playing three card Monte with the membership. They clearly don't have your best interest and are in bed with UPS.

The rail keeps our service slow and our drivers paid.

Same as the competition - that’s laughable. We are twice their size burdened with low RPP packages with the higher cost structure.

If we’re measuring ups penises here I’ll admit you probably use excel more than me.

Put your money where your mouth is and quit then. Maybe there'll be a strike then and your wish can come true. McDonald's is hiring.

I’m a newer driver so forgive me but wouldn’t this mean an immediate strike? Since when it a first offer a final offer? And why would they even take this chance with the holiday season right around the corner? I think we could all call their bluff if they said it was their “final offer”.
There is a contract extension in place
