Well congratulations to you and your corrupt masters. Not notifying the membership that it's a "final offer" and then invoking Article XII language to impose the contract, real class act.
Just telling you the facts. You were wrong and have anger issues. You were telling people it got voted down when it did not.

There will be labor charges and likely lawsuits is my guess.

I just don't see how anyone looks at that language and says it applies here.

Everyone knows that a 3rd vote is a final offer pass or strike vote. I think it's pretty clear that situation is what this language was put in for.

The Master Agreement was voted down. The jackasses posting that it was ratified don't know what ratified means. Go to UPSers and read the article, but be warned after about 3 paragraphs they continue their propaganda.
Get yourself a damn dictionary. If you are to :censored2:ing stupid to look up a word to understand it's meaning then you are to :censored2:ing stupid to drive a truck safely!

If this goes down like it sounds like it will I would absolutely quit paying my dues if I could.

We just got told our voice doesn't matter. Well you don't need my money then.

I know and I hate it, I really do. I like being in a union and I know it's done a lot for me. I'm not going to leave it. I'm going to vote these :censored2:s out and get someone in there that will fiight! Im not going to sit on the sidelines and watch because I left the Union.

Anything that actually gets a driver under 9 1/2 hours would be swell. Guess we will have elect people with balls to strike for that to ever happen.

I feel like the scales have tipped at this point.

Economically and labor movement wise this was the best shot we've had in a long time. A very long time.

Pure speculation at this point but here's what I see. We vote someone new in in 2021. We strike in 2022. More because of this contract and what the company will expect to be given up going forward. The economic climate will be completely different and we will be destroyed.
