We need to file a freedom of information act to find out how many people vote are eligible to vote we should file 1 against ups and the company over the election it seems shady for sure they know how to manipulate numbers how do we actually know.

They do not want an informed membership. They do not want high voter turnout. UPS owns the teamsters and this is the end.
I see What happened from 1997 till now . I really seen what kind of company UPS was during the strike of 1997 when UNited way donated food to some employees on strike across the US which was a heartwarming thought. .Well soon after the strike was that

time of year when UPS starts to walk around with donation cards asking employees how much they will donate weekly or yearly To UNited Way ... Because the fact UNited Way help the striking Teamsters they cancelled UNited Way Drive that year!!!! Awe full

Vote YES flyers from the IBT and the company should not be allowed. Either is the PA hub debacle where sups were "assisting" bargaining members vote. Isn't that voter fraud? Read that in the Labor Notes Oct. 5th. Comments from anyone regarding this and how it will be rectified.
 
If you think about it like this. The voting process has never been easier. As you know it’s all electronic. Ups Freight got 67 percent of the membership to vote. You at UPS got 44%. Who’s fault is it really. We made it so easy to vote. We sent out more information than ever and still the membership can’t be bothered to vote. How do you reason with this logic?

I don't reason with that, I'm disgusted by it, but that is far from what I was discussing. All you had to do was make the right 25% happy and you would have a 50%+1 ratification, period. That would avoid the mess of implimentation.

There is no excuse for not voting in an electronic ballot contract.

The message is Unions are irrelevant.
When less than 50% of your members vote on a contract it shows how useless unions are.
The Membership clearly doesn't care.
Yes but mabey Part timers vote should only count as half. Why Vote when it has no effect to you because Most Part timers are temporary and mostly just there for a bit of



extra money for partying during late teens and early 20s. They go to school and work here part time with no interest in staying

What kind of message would that send to all other small and large labor unions around the world . Why have a union. Why do we pay UNION DUEs if our voice can not be heard. All past contracts had fewer votes cast .if you want everyone one to vote I challenge you to mak it mandatory somehow ((like voting booths in front of workplace ). I challenge you to do this and guarantee that the percentage will be more then 54% NO . The votes not casted from remaining employeess Are from

the part timers who can’t afford a phone to place thier vote because of the low pay they are receiving. !!!!! Nor do they give a :censored2: about voting because they
do not plan on staying here at UPS....also was this mabey a plan all along because a lot of ups teamsters are asking if they withdraw from the union can they still keep thier job as employee of UPS Was this a UNION BUSTING PLAN?
I guess I can take my Proud To Be A Teamster sticker off my car now!!!!!!

What kind of voice do we have when 100K member choose not to vote?
