Its a beautiful day here also. Temp has dropped 15 degrees in the last 4 hours (down to 16 now) and the wind is blowing 70 MPH.

We were going to bump out our kitchen and add a morning room. Zoning now requires a water mitigation system, basically a underground field. It would have added $25k to the project!
