An even worse scenario. The Mueller investigation clearly implicates Trump but he hangs on until the 2020 presidential election year and he loses the nomination either in the primaries or at a deadlocked GOP national convention which nominates a brokered and or drafted alternative candidate.
We know how vindictive and narcissistic he is and to him politics is simply about winning. Now if he should lose the biggest game of his life what will he try to do to get even?

Saw an interview in 2016 with one of the Koch brothers. Think it was Charles but can't remember. He described himself as a classic liberal who supported the Republicans because they weren't running us into the ditch as fast as the Democrats. Of course because they're super rich and support the Republicans they're the boogeyman to people like Ricky and Bacha. But it seems more likely they're master chess players as applied to politics, and see the writing on the wall. The rest of us think we're on the ball, but they didn't just fall into all that money and power. Interesting to see if they're Trump supporters and whether they'll continue to be.
