RT America ceases productions and lays off most of its staff
The news would mean an effective end to RT America. The network, one of Russian President Vladimir Putin's main mouthpieces in the US, was dropped earlier this week by DirecTV, dealing a major financial blow to it. The satellite carrier was one of the two major television providers in the US to carry the network.Roku, a company that sells hardware which allows users to stream content through the internet, also said that it had banished RT America from its platform.

Honestly everyone who stayed should maintain exclusive rights and privileges, including voting, and preferential selection for things like jobs. Things returning refugees would have to forfeit.

Vast majority of fleeing Ukrainians are women and children. Many of whom were escorted to the border by their husband/father. There are current and past boxing champions with a lot of wealth who are choosing to fight. Whatever else most Ukrainians aren't cowards.

Nobody is or has ever been equal. If they were, everybody would be staying.
There are over 40 million Ukrainians. The ones fleeing are primarily in cities being targeted by the Russians. If you're in an untouched village in the countryside and you sit out the war protecting your village while the fighting rages elsewhere do you lose rights and privileges too? Who monitors who did what everywhere throughout the war? It's this kind of government control that many want to get away from.
