She lost the first case, but won an out of court settlement after good old Bill lied under oath in the Monica Lewinsky case. If it hadn't been for her bragging about the Blue Dress, there would have been a different outcome. I find it amusing how partisans go on about the other side when their party is guilty of the same thing or worse. Wear blinders much?

It was not ‘hush money’, it was very public, and nothing like the case of the porn actress who was bedded by the former president while his wife was pregnant.

The indictment alleges that Trump disguised the payments with intent to cover up another crime. But the indictment does not say what that other crime is.
