"Well before Jan. 6, an unidentified Trump campaign employee enthusiastically spoke of the potential for a riot in Michigan. The employee, whom prosecutors described as a co-conspirator, allegedly sought to “create chaos” at a polling center in Detroit when it became clear a batch of election returns favorable to Biden was legitimate. “Find a reason it isn’t,” the alleged co-conspirator said to a colleague, prosecutors wrote. When the colleague said an outbreak of violence appeared imminent, the campaign employee replied: “Make them riot” and “Do it!!!”

Sure, but I'd think a judge might look awfully shady and perhaps be subject to review if a sound legal case were made that presidential immunity doesn't apply to particular things and the judge consistently says otherwise.

That should be decided in a court of law. Not in the court of public opinion. The DC judge is very biased against Trump. He was never going to get a fair trial from her. It doesn't matter if he wins on appeal. Lawfare is the purpose.

And the only thing released was the prosecutions side with no opportunity for Trump to respond to the accusations.

That judge should have recused herself because of comments she made about Trump before the trial started but of course she didn't.
