Oh, I thought you were talking about a complete national abortion ban. A 20 week abortion ban? That would still be to the left of most European abortion restrictions.

Leave it up the states an easy out. Maybe next they can be even more freedom minded and leave it up to the woman

Here’s an interesting hypothetical question for you since I haven’t had anyone brave enough to admit slavery should be left up to the states lol
How would the second amendment work in that situation? I’m assuming you would not want the slaves to be able to own firearms, as that would make the role very difficult. Slaves were not allowed to own guns in the past, I’m not sure how they justified the second ammendment with that logic, or how they would now

The second amendment worked fine in 1860.
The Civil War was fought because States Rights were violated by the Federal government. Evidently you have failed to learn that lesson of history.
Here's a hypothetical. Slavery would have been over in this country without a war.

You probably buy products from countries that use slave labor as well. So by logic are you saying you don’t care about slavery? If it got brought up to leave slavery up to the states in America, and people opposed it, your argument to them would be “you buy products from companies that use slave labor so it’s ok”?
