THE TRUMP 2024 THREAD

It’s just interesting y’all didn’t have this attitude from 2020-2024. I guess current events thread was just silent. No one complained about Biden or democrats lol
Y’all lol, I’ve given credit to Biden when he did things I agreed with and blasted him when I did not, the same with Trump. Trump wasn’t president from 2020 to 2024. But people like you kept him at the top of the news. It worked beautifully for him and he is grateful to you for getting him elected. Everything you thought you had against him backfired and made him more popular than ever. And President again.

Do you see the difference? SMH

And millions of people still decided they hated leftist insanity more than they hated Donald Trump. Very impressive.
I don’t know why you guys keep bringing up votes and popularity in defense of critcisms

Not like you were silent on here during Biden 2020 or Obama’s terms

I've been jumping up and down about leftist insanity for a while now. Democrats wouldn't listen. The election was proof that I was right and the leftist insanity really did matter. That's why.

I don't recall having any major issues with Obama. The leftist insanity didn't really start until the Zoomers started becoming adults around 2016.

“Complete, unmitigated disaster," Democratic strategist Chris Kofinis said when asked about the results. "That was a wholesale repudiation of the Democratic message, the Democratic strategy, Harris' candidacy. There is no way to sugarcoat what an abject disaster this was."

“I think that they went way over the top here — Hitler, fascist, picking up on these things — and I think the voters just tune those out eventually because they’re way over the top,” Penn said when asked about Democratic strategy on Fox News on Friday.
Reporting from The Atlantic earlier this year cited comments alleging that Trump once praised Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. The comments came from an interview with retired Gen. John Kelly, who served as White House chief of staff under the Trump administration. Kelly claimed that Trump lauded Hitler’s generals for their loyalty.”

I at least waited til Biden took office and started doing anything to be criticized for. You’re whining because Trump won. Once he takes office and starts governing then come complain

Willing to vote for an anti union president because you’re so obsessed with “woke”, something that wouldn’t affect your life in any real way if you got offline and went in the real world
The Democrats are not considered for working people anymore. Their policies have hurt the middle-class and that’s why they lost.

“The party has become culturally disconnected from, and disdainful of, precisely the voters it needs to win.”

“The party ceased to be a home for American workers long ago, owing to its support for digital disruption, globalization, large immigrant inflows, and “woke” ideas. Nowadays, those most likely to vote for Democrats are the highly educated, not manual workers. In the United States, as elsewhere, democracy will suffer if the center left does not become more pro-worker.”

Specifically what leftist insanity made you change your opinion on every other issue and vote for the anti union party?

This hits a pretty close to the head right here.

Where did you see me whine about Trump winning?

Am I on here saying the election was rigged? That they used mail in ballots to cheat? That’s the other side.

The Republican Party is actively working to dismantle unions. The Democrat party is objectively better for the working class

Sure, but it seems fewer and fewer believe you.

Maybe if you and the party hadn’t spent the last four years trying to turn Trump into some sort of Hitler demon and focused on actually helping the middle class we might be having a different story right now we don’t.

Now it’s time to quit complaining about all the stuff that didn’t work and figure out how to get people to believe it. My suggestion would be to actually be the thing that you say you are instead of just saying it.

Sorry but I just disagree. The right does the same exact things. Constantly comparing the left to communists, saying we’d be in a great depression and world war 3. Top Congress members literally calling Joe Biden Hitler

You seem to think the lefts problem was being too progressive, I think their problem was being too big of pusillanimous. If anything they’re too conservative and didn’t have enough of an agenda. You can’t criticize them for being too progressive while they’re also getting support from cheyneys

Yes, because the right is very very good at messaging. Some would call it propaganda

There’s a reason Elon musk spent $44 billion on Twitter. It wasn’t to “save free speech”

Trump had the richest man in the world on his side and spending hundreds of millions of dollars working to get him elected while also having the largest source of media in his palm

I didn’t write those things by the way I happen to agree with much of it.

You’re what aboutism is ridiculous, get back to me in four years. If the Republicans do that while they’re in charge then you can complain about it. The Democrats were in charge the last four years and they shot their self in the foot. Spent more time Trying to demonize a man who wasn’t even in office anymore. Made him absolutely more relevant.

And when the Democrats welcomed Dick Cheney with open arms. I knew they had jumped the shark..

Oh so Elon musk did all this? Lol give me a break I don’t even have a Twitter account.

And you say propaganda while you spew Democrat propaganda there’s propaganda on both sides.
The right would scream George Soros.

And now that the Democrats lost the Republicans are somehow good at messaging? Are you kidding me?

All you’ve been doing is complaining about him since he won and how bad orange man is. It’s irrelevant now. He won. At least wait til he does something in office to complain about.

So when I say something I believe in, like Trump trying to overturn an election is wrong, is because I’m brainwashed by propaganda, but you saying you believe it is no big deal is just your natural opinion and that’s ok

Me criticizing Trump is because I’m getting my talking points from propaganda and you laugh it up, but the dozens of commenters saying same type of rhetoric about Biden and democrats don’t get the same response from you, why is that? Why are their opinions ok and their own but mine is from propaganda?

And no, it’s not “all because of musk” but he absolutely played a big role in it, if he didn’t think I would make a difference he wouldn’t have spent so much time and money trying

He’s so busy complaining about the past that didn’t work. He hasn’t even complained about cabinet nominations lol. Might even be some legitimate complaints there.

With this little paragraph you made it clear, this is about your feelings. I get it they’re hurt. Move on
