This war ends in maybe a week or two if Ukraine is made a NATO member and Europe united behind them for real.

They showed good capability in not being steam rolled by Russia, they are mineral rich, I think they are pretty committed to stay at war with Russia alone with nato backing.
Ukraine eventually, with ally backing. It’s a profitable partnership to not let that land fall in Russian control and become a trade partner to enemies.

We have made big investments in deterring Russian aggression and fighting the war. That isn’t out of goodness of our hearts. This also includes Trump during his first term.
