AN EDITOR FOR THE ATLANTIC ISN'T SENATE-APPROVED AND SHOULDN'T BE PRIVY TO BATTLE PLANS YOU RE-TARD
Did I say he should? Have you not been reading the thread? As I've said a gazillion times the matter should be investigated and if anyone did something illegal then hold them accountable. Why is this so hard for you to understand?

how could anyone have done anything illegal lmao. You said the government said it wasn’t a big deal and you’re not worried and you said nothing discussed was classified or sensitive information, so what possibly could be illegal and needed to investigate?

So you think that people who have top secret clearances and because of the nature of their jobs concerning national security that they don't need exclusive groups to discuss things? Seriously?

Thats exactly what I’m saying, and you’re arguing with me about it
And can you name one elected person on that group other than J.D. Vance? They aren't politicians. They are Senate approved Cabinet level officials.
What’s your point?
And I'm saying that reporter doesn't have clearance and doesn't belong. For the millionth time the situation should be investigated and if anyone broke the law they should be held accountable.
Doesn’t have clearance for what? Clearance is for classified and sensitive information, which you have been claiming it is none of those things
And for the millionth time, Signal is government approved and already loaded on the government phones these officials are given.
For non classified and sensitive information. For this exact reason

You're focused on what the text was. The national security issue is that someone without a security clearance was on a text circle where participants needed to have a top secret clearance to be on it. And there's something else beyond that even. A need to know. Someone can have a top secret clearance but not be privy to what is being discussed by certain officials on certain topics.

AND FOR THE TRILLIONTH TIME, I didn't say someone did anything illegal. I said the matter should be investigated and IF, IF, IF someone did something illegal they should be held accountable. Either someone made a mistake, or blunder, and they need to make sure it doesn't happen again, or someone may have had a sinister motive for including that reporter. That's why you investigate, to ascertain the truth. Why is this difficult to understand?

You called them a bunch of politicians. They aren't. They're charged with keeping the country secure. People without top secret clearances don't just get to sit in and listen to what's being discussed. Again you're focused on what they said in this specific instance but the nature of their work means they will talk about many things that most people don't have the right to hear. No matter how important you think you are there are sensitive matters that are best kept secret. Your Trump hating liberal reporter didn't have a right to be there and it was a blunder allowing him on.

@El Correcto is gonna be piiiiiiiiissed that he's lost a trans insanity tag teamer.
Who did you vote for?

Before I voted I realized that I need to stop trying to hang out where I'm no longer wanted politically. Ideologically I'm still a 15-20 years ago Democratic voter on pretty much every single issue. But that's just not enough anymore. So I voted to resist the leftists who have taken over the party.

Right. So, again, they shouldn’t have been talking about these issues on a platform that is so easy for a person without security clearance to join without others knowing about it

If someone did something illegal hold them accountable. What more can I say than that? I didn't stoop to your level.
The only people who possibly did something illegal is the Trump administration officials talking about military actions on an unsecured platform

Yet you have made most of the focus on the reporter who was invited to it
