Did you have this same opinion when it came to Biden’s vaccine mandate? There’s checks and balances for a reason

Nothing to do with what you’re talking about. I just saw you’re aware I wouldn’t let a court decision sway me for some sort of medical treatment If I take a vaccine because I want to, and I feel it for my best health. There is absolutely no such case law that allows a court to take one case involving parties and apply it everywhere through an injunction.

Should a Federal district judge have the power to hold up the agenda of the president? Seems to me at that level it should be a Supreme Court decision. Congress created the lower courts, not the Constitution. So Congress can dismantle the lower courts too if they become a partisan tool. And they have.

How do is it have nothing to do with what youre talking about?

Are you not happy that the courts stepped in and told Biden he couldn’t do his vaccine mandate?

The court did not make a ruling on an injunction in the vaccine mandate. It said the whole mandate was unconstitutional. which it was. of course I’m happy the court made that decision but if it hadn’t, it wouldn’t have changed my mind about whether I took it or not.

I’m not saying it would have changed your mind, but what if your job was on the line?

I’m just saying, checks and balances are a good thing, my opinion at least

Again, you’re talking about something has nothing to do with this issue. Lol

And all the talk about people who would’ve done it to save their job is pretty funny. There would’ve been a lot of people walking out the door and the government knew that. regardless of the courts decision.

Isn’t the process usually it goes through the lower courts before it reaches the Supreme Court, if they choose to take it?
The problem is judge shopping. Filing suit in districts where they are likely to get the outcome they want. Even if the Supreme Court sees it vastly different than the district court, the district court ruling has to wind its way through the system, greatly slowing down what the administration wants to achieve.
