Hardly bipartisan. And it was just a ploy to make sure the Dems could keep pumping in millions of illegals.
That's Congressional and we aren't even two months into his term. As president this term he's already accomplished more than Biden did in four years. Unless you count Biden running the country into the ground as an accomplishment.
