He wants common sense legislation. The courts could then figure out what's Constitutional and what's not like everything else. He's not called for an outright ban on high-capacity magazines, for example, only a higher barrier to access these items. I don't see a problem and neither do most Americans. But I'm sure now you'll argue with me about what Americans want and don't want and ignore the fact that you used the same "popularity" argument on me about other issues lately.
I have no idea what Americans do or don’t want, but I do know any American who wants to infringe on their own rights is a fool. Just like you.
If Ukraine is anything, it’s a perfect example of how you don’t give up an essential liberty to be able to defend yourself to be taken care of by someone else. Now they’re going to pay for it no one is going to save them they will only do what benefits their own interests.
I’ve never used any popularity issue in regards to the constitution. It’s not for debate or popularity.
The constitutions job is to protect us from “popular” things.
