FOOD BANK AID

He was elected to help Americans! You guys were pissed that we had foreign aid and money for wars but none for people that needed it here! I remember @vantexan actually complaining about it! LOL

How about those grocery prices he promised to fix on “DAY ONE” HAHAHAHA

HE RUG PULLED ON YOU DWEEBS
P.S. This is still the Biden economy with the spending from the Biden budget. Until the next spending bill is passed, if you don't like how the money is spent take it up with old Joe. A Federal judge just ruled that the Trump administration has to spend $2 billion allocated to various programs that the Trump administration had decided was very unnecessary spending.

How come the Democrats didn’t fix the “broken” economy and immigration policy of Trump? Democrats lie.
Keeps harping on how we've all been taken in by Trump because Trump was going to fix everything on Day 1. If it was as easy as waving hands and making pronouncements then how come Biden didn't do it? Seem to recall him claiming the economy under Biden was great but here he is bitching that Trump didn't fulfill his promise to fix the broken economy.

You'd have to have :censored2: for brains to believe anyone can fix the American economy in one day. We all knew what Trump meant, that he was going to immediately go to work to start fixing our problems. As opposed to Biden, who immediately started signing executive orders to reverse just about everything that Trump had done in his first term. Well guess what? The voters got to compare 4 years of Trump with 4 years of Biden. Who's sitting in the White House now?

No you didn’t. None of MAGA admitted that he couldn’t turn water into wine. Every single one of you here said inflation could be ended quickly because Biden just didn’t know what he was doing.

Now inflation is a nuanced and complicated domestic and global phenomenon that the president will struggle to get under control. Yeah, buddy, we all tried telling you that.

Every single one of us? Once again, you’re being a drama queen and a liar. You just can’t help it. This is why your opinion is an unimportant and doesn’t matter because you sensationalize and lie and generalize. If I agree with Congressman Massie that the coronavirus bill was a boondoggle then clearly I understand that some of this inflation was caused by Trump. And I’ve said so since day one. But you’re not intelligent enough to differentiate truth from fiction.

In fact, you do exactly what you accuse others of you think the people you vote for turn water into wine.

So how long does Trump need to fix inflation if it's not "day one" like he promised during the campaign?

Major rug pull. Meanwhile his constituents suffer under Trump inflation and Trump tariffs I guess. Haha!
Just like Biden voters struggled under inflation. it is what it is. He’s got four years to do a better job if not in a different crew in. Nothing is ever as bad as the other side says it is the last thing we need is rhetoric from someone like you.

Did Donald Trump lie to voters when he said would lower grocery prices on day one?

At a rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on August 17, 2024, he proclaimed, "Starting the day I take the oath of office, I will rapidly drive prices down and we will make America affordable again."

The only thing he's driven the prices down for are equity prices.

Inflation was much lower during the first Trump term then shot up under Biden.

Is it my fault you’re small and petty and believe politicians every word? No most of the American people don’t believe or take literal every word politicians say. Truly. bizarre that you do, but I’m gonna guess you don’t unless it’s one you don’t agree with.

“I won on groceries. Very simple word, groceries. Like almost—you know, who uses the word? I started using the word—the groceries. ... I won an election based on that.”

Just days before the election, Trump asked his audience at a campaign rally, “People say 'groceries,' right? I haven't used that—it's such a sort of an old term."

...

When speaking at the Detroit Economic Club in October, Trump defined the word groceries (maybe for himself?), saying, “The word grocery. It’s a sort of simple word, but it sort of means everything you eat. The stomach is speaking, it always does. I have more complaints about bacon and things going up—double, triple, quadruple.”

I sure didn't believe his every word. Rubes did, though. That's surely bizarre that anyone would.

OK, well like I said Junior the majority of American voters do and they felt the other option was not worth voting for eventually you’ll figure this out.

Or maybe not I might be giving you way more credit than you deserve,

How about work on telling your party to nominate a better candidate and not have a internal coup in your party?

Biden, or rather the idiots behind the scenes who ran his administration, blew up inflation in this country. As for global inflation, Argentina kept being held up as an example of high inflation around the world. But Argentina's inflation was a direct result of decades of liberal corruption and mismanagement. They finally elected a president who knows what he's doing and their economy is doing much better and their extreme inflation is way down. Apparently all it takes is clearing out the liberal leeches who don't know what they're doing. Sound familiar?
