Funny you say that.....I was thinking the same thing today when I was reading a post criticizing shop stewards and ba's by someone who does nothing in there own center to correct things and the person just sits back and complains and criticizes

We probably hired and replaced that many lately due to turn over because of poor hourly pay, and lack of benefits for a year.
