WOW thats good to here because at my center we have a bunch of ass kissers! i dont understand them, They load their own car and blow it up, their reward is more stops, then they complain about it in the morning,,lol

Used to be very common in my building. Preload steward made it an issue and eventually management threatened drivers with progressive discipline up to termination for working before their start time. Some drivers hate it and others are fine with it. We are a bonus center but very few bonus much anymore.

Guess you need to call the Union hall and notify them what is going on. That way your BA can walk the belt in the morning and talk to these clowns

We have a big issue with that here. They get so butt hurt and feel betrayed when you file article 17 for them.

The only bonus drivers we have are the ones i mentioned. We have one driver pays some one on the side to help him deliver package (he does 200 stops a day) the center manager knows about it and will not do anything about it because it makes the numbers look good.
