In The future, if you are still there, I would take a picture of the time card, computer screen or however you punch the clock (each should show the time) every time I punched in and out. That will show who is telling the truth.

If you didn’t make seniority then you weren’t paying dues and you weren’t in the union. You won’t come back from this. They are allowed to fire you for any reason in your 30 and you gave them a reason.
