I agree with you we deserve a good raise but the people underneath us deserve a bigger raise

I don't know why they deserve a "bigger" raise? If they bump starting wage to $20 and everyone got say $8 what's wrong with that?

90% of our drivers are fine with the hours , it’s the 9:00 AM start we are fed up with.

It‘s 9:20 in SW Florida. It was 8:50 for years then 9:00 before going to 9:10 when I retired in 2020 and now it 9:20. That‘s in the summer can’t imagine around Christmas time.

Our furthest route takes 2+ hrs to get to there
