Seriously? Who are these non union people who are doing routes?
Hello so they are actually on roads we are borrowing from other centers to cover routes as understaffed (more than typical) plus vacations. idk why but this manager kept referring to them as “total service providers” lol. Local is on it w filing

Ok that makes sense. A supervisor in my center is in Colorado right now doing that.

Yup... last week i almost maxed out hours and we have 3 people that went over 9.5 3 times besides the many others that went over throughout the week. "Prime day didn't hit us hard last year, we'll be ok"...... right. Great start to the official first week of tsp. This week i went over both days so far. Yesterday we were held over 20 minutes because preload was a DISASTER.

Better not bigger.

Don't be surprised when in negotiations the company brings up the fact so many people don't want more than 8 hours and the company says pvds are the answer but your union wouldn't allow it.

nowhere special
air drivers were completely overused

there's only a few buildings in the COUNTRY that really, really need a whole swath of dedicated air guys
They only needed air drivers if they cared about service. They never used as many as they needed because they weren't allowed to
