Total Service Plan (TSP)

At a cheaper wage.
True, but effectively the company saved $.50 an hour, at least here. Still haven’t had anyone go more than 18 months as a 22. 4. I don’t think they saved as much money as they hoped. And I can assure you a large part of the people would not have been full-time either.

Then who would have delivered the volume? Rpcd thats who. You think we would still be m-friend? Ups made the decision to do Saturday long before 22.4 was agreed to. They have to do Saturday delivery. 22.4 or not. 3 billion in profits say they can do it with rpcd and hire more drivers

Of course This was planned before our center has had Saturday even before this contract. Saturdays are not going away ever

There are "rules" and on paper it may seem like there is a strict plan but the secret is centers get it changed constantly, and absolutely if they're 6 punching anyon
You do realize that Corporate and IE might not “want six punches” but it is happening all over the country and nothing is changing so you can see why drivers don’t believe the Corporate and IE doesn’t want it comment you made.

you do realize that doesn't change the fact that Corporate IE in fact doesn't want or approve of 6th punch right?

it's just like i don't want or approve of having to pay taxes to moloch worshipping globalists, but my paycheck gets docked all the same

Moloch sounds right, since they sacrifice their children.

The truth is the operators run on IE crap plans. And there is no circumventing that without consequences.
Exactly, he keeps saying that IE doesn’t want six-punch. But across the country it’s forced six punch galore. So, they might want to ask themselves maybe it’s our plan that needs to be adjusted and changed. I’m sure there is blame everywhere but to act like it’s JUST the center manager and DM is really hard to believe!

It’s not only really hard t believe, it is absolutely false. But if they adjusted the plans they may have to work past 3 lol.

Re the total service lingo, we have non union drivers (managers?) coming in from other states to run routes now. This week I noticed mgmt started referring to them as “total service providers”. Is total service provider an actual thing, or just a new bs ups euphemism for something we already had, or has anything to do with “total service plan”? Maybe my manager is just an idiot. Sometimes my manager accidentally calls them PVDs also. Please don’t be mean, I am a preloader, I can’t read. Thank you.
Seriously? Who are these non union people who are doing routes?

dude can you read?
Corporate IE guidance is zero 6th punch

that means literally nothing to the Districts because they run themselves without any care or worry about what Corporate "guides"; you seem to have a very poor understanding of how this company is run
