Seriously? Who are these non union people who are doing routes?Re the total service lingo, we have non union drivers (managers?) coming in from other states to run routes now. This week I noticed mgmt started referring to them as “total service providers”. Is total service provider an actual thing, or just a new bs ups euphemism for something we already had, or has anything to do with “total service plan”? Maybe my manager is just an idiot.
