It’s not only really hard t believe, it is absolutely false. But if they adjusted the plans they may have to work past 3 lol.
found the low level FT; go drop some irregs off on a driver meet or something

dude can you read?
Corporate IE guidance is zero 6th punch

that means literally nothing to the Districts because they run themselves without any care or worry about what Corporate "guides"; you seem to have a very poor understanding of how this company is run
I completely understand you! Maybe it’s time to get rid of IE if nobody listens to them. Probably a reason why District doesn’t listen to them. Out touch with reality!

Tsp lasted 3-4 days in my building a few months ago…then right back to 12 hr days
Lol, Big Carol comes up with her big plan, local suit monkeys threatening to undo it if drivers have a bad day.

Both failed to address "preload creep", the real problem!

I feel sorry for the people who believed it was a real attempt at fixing overtime, I laughed when people fill the paperwork out and said you’re wasting your time.

I totally filled it out. I told them 8 hrs, just like everyone else, knowing full well they had zero intention to follow through. I'll gladly take any opportunity to let them know my opinion on how they run their company. They stopped doing the annual survey the year after I decided to be completely honest on it.

The reason you play along is so they can't try to.blame it on us for not cooperating when they inevitably fail. Then you use that to your advantage. "Why am I over 9.5? How can you even ask me that? You promised me an 8.5 hour work day, now you are trying to tell me 10 hours of work is really only 6."

They filed them right in the trash. Let your grievance be your “employee survey”. TSP was a separate agreement never to be upheld or even guaranteed. 9.5 is a guarantee.

No, they didn't. They whined the next day at PCM at how few people filled them out. Then they sat down with everyone and made them tell them how many hours they wanted. Imagine how unbalanced they'd be if ever driver used that form to call them out. The annual survey went extinct because reading them made management cry and turn to alcohol.

As we were settling grievances my Center Manager said yeah this is never going to work.
