Disregard International Law. Check.

We had two children get into their mothers heroin, (northern Ohio) and if it hadnt been for Narcan, they would be dead. Kinda like a gun, dont leave it where the kids can get it. Either one is deadly, in the wrong hands. So if we just outlaw heroin, then only responsible people will have it, right?
