You can't throw everyone else under the bus.


That's part of the reason we decided to home-school our kids. When kids in 2nd grade are throwing chairs in class and don't get disciplined, or even sent to the principal, then who really suffers? It was the same with the foreign students who couldn't speak English who took up most of the class time because the teacher had to devote the majority of their time to them.
