This situation is a fluid one, and My opinions are based upon the actions of the trump people and "their" statements, at first, they were saying they would take the matter to court, today, they are saying they just want it to go away, and the quickest way to avoid a public trial would be to plead no contest, pay the fine and move on.

Going to court does not help trump, given the violence at his rallies, and in the future, more violence could hurt this case.

These are called "opinions" you people.

Pay attention.

And you suffer from political amnesia.

You want to ignore how this country got into the ditch that BUSH parked it in, and you simply want to blame Obama for the state of the country when he took it over.

But since taking the keys from BUSH, this country is bouncing back, and bouncing back despite the republican efforts to keep it stalled so they can claim the Presidents policies dont work.

That kind of rhetoric works on the people, but for those paying attention it really doesnt.

Its a lot easier to claim the country is failing if you dont have a brain to figure it out for yourself.

Fact Check: Obama Had More to Do With 2008 Economic Meltdown Than Bush Ever Did
The Daily Caller reported:

President Barack Obama was a pioneering contributor to the national subprime real estate bubble, and roughly half of the 186 African-American clients in his landmark 1995 mortgage discrimination lawsuit against Citibank have since gone bankrupt or received foreclosure notices…

…Obama has pursued the same top-down mortgage lending policies in the White House.

Obama’s lawsuit was one element of a national “anti-redlining” campaign led by Chicago’s progressive groups, who argued that banks unfairly refused to lend money to people living within so-called “redlines” around African-American communities. The campaign was powered by progressives’ moral claim that their expertise could boost home ownership among the United States’ most disadvantaged minority, African-Americans.
Then there’s Bush…
On the flip side, President George W. Bush warned the Democratic Congress 17 times in 2008 alone about the systemic consequences of financial turmoil at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and also put forward thoughtful plans to reduce the risk that either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac would encounter such difficulties.

Unfortunately, these warnings went unheeded, as the President’s repeated attempts to reform the supervision of these entities were thwarted by the legislative maneuvering of those who emphatically denied there were problems.

To this day Barack Obama blames Bush for the 2008 economic meltdown.
The truth is, it was Obama not Bush who destroyed the economy.

from what ive been hearing recently, it sounds like trump cant get elected prez. but even if he did you would maybe get infrastructure, maybe a trade deal, and maybe a wall. im not even sure he can stop the TPP since the corporations want it so bad.

im gonna listen to that nader / david cay interview and write here what i heard.
