In my Local the Part-timers who participate get as much attention as the Full-timers who do.When PT people actually vote and participate in the Union maybe they will get some attention.

PT Turnover was created by Full-Timers who made the PT job disposable. They completely forgot its how all of us are "born" in the union.
We look for 18 to 25 year old men with strong backs. They don't care about benefits. If they want the same money and easier work, they'll go to Walmart. If they want to drive, they'll drive.
