Be careful out there, its reported an upstate NY driver was shot and killed this morning.

Sounds like a "crime of passion"..... Shoots the guy with a long gun, then runs him over with his car.

Probably wouldn't have helped in this case---other than someone else taking out the shooter after he had already killed the driver and saving the taxpayer a lot of money.

Witnesses said they saw a UPS truck in the Walmart parking lot at 1 am so I was guessing it was a feeder driver.
