Doing a trip the first day, with zero training on the area, is called "running it cold". Hate getting sent on any trip cold. Even after 20 years I have still been sent out on crap to do cold, grieved it, and nothing happens.

move a belt diverter = pop the bars
Open a trailer door or air can = pop the door
night shift (1630-2300hrs) = step-children
split routes = garbage truck

I've been driving now for 27 years, when I started we called commercial delivering wholesale and residentials delivering the retail. A good route is cake. A route that pays a lot of bonus is fat
