UPS Freight O/O's

Thinking of leasing on with UPS Freight. As a O/O is the freight there? The pay isnt that good but it's steady (so they tell me). Will it be safe to park in the yards? Will company man cut my tires or scratch my door with a key? Anyone?

The big question I would ask is this.

UPS Freight just went union. In our contract, subcontracting work out is a no-no if it takes work away from a company driver. So are you taking work away from us? I dont know the answer.

Might be something to ask them before you make the deal

Not sure it would consider subcontracting. I would be leased to UPS Freight. UPS freight signs on the door.
