Even though some of the very high up management probably wanted to keep 22.4 almost no one in operations does, it’s a pain in the ass and doesn’t work. Forced six days will be gone just because of this almost completely on its own.

Even though I am encouraged by a lot of what I’ve heard, you have to read these agreements as they are written they purposely leave things, vague many times.

I suppose they could but it really doesn’t help them in anyway now. Not to mention sure post packages should start flooding the system shortly with the new rules

If that language that was included about elimination of OT after 8, just after 40 stays in there it helps them out big time.
