You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
I don’t think people grasp we need 1.50 moving forward just to keep up with average inflation. Before I retire it will likely be $2 a year that’s needed.

It’s not like the company profits are only going up 2-3%.

If anyone thinks raises aren’t near the top
Of the list they simply aren’t living in the reality a vast majority of the workers are with inflation.

Most have had their buying power cut by 1/4 or more the past few years. That’s the difference in maxing out ones 401k and not being able to put a dime into it.
I’m not saying it’s not important, but the other issues are more important IMO. At the end of the day what’s an extra buck an hour going to do? Instead of $1 a year we get $2, which is never going to happen. Maybe with COLA it will be $2. Agree to disagree.

No idea, but that's about 20% and that seems to be the going rate these days.
Personally, I can’t see them going over seven dollars over five years.
I've had my far share of those! Also appreciate the neighbors that come out with wood or whatever but I always tell them. "I've been here before... trust me it won't work. Thanks though."

Just have them grab their Honda civic tie a rope on there, back Bumper and tell them to mash the gas! Fun times!
